Choosing The Best Maui Family Photos

During the typical Maui family portrait photo session we can shoot anywhere from 200-400 images depending on the group. That gets edited and the final count will vary considerably, but most of our customers are generally surprised at how many great printable pictures they end up with. It's almost always over 100 and sometimes exceeds 300 pictures. We advertise a one hour shoot, but if things are flowing and the energy is good, we'll keep making pictures until the batteries are exhausted or we have reached an obvious stopping point.

Any image can be converted to black and white or sepia toned at your request free of charge. There in no charge for travel to any West or South Maui location.

Our approach in general is to find a great scenic location with a postcard view and then put YOU in the picture. Early mornings and late afternoons are best. We like to capture a combination of posed family groupings as well as some shots with movement and maybe even some candid images. There is no extra charge for any combination of your family groupings that we can assemble. We are happy to set up individual portraits as time and light allow.

Once everything is edited, we post the pictures on a viewing and ordering website (usually within 24 hours) with all kinds of helpful features including the ability to crop and make adjustments to any of the images prior to ordering.
